They promised me 24/7 support, FACT: support delays 48 hours to respond, in fact they have the server in theplanet, soo they tell you they are issuing the address, but in real they opened a ticket to theplanet and if you know they take hours to address tickets, 24-7 they are just intermediaries, they dont have tech personal, is just 1 guy with a server.
2. 99% uptime, FACT: totally unrealiable server, service is down 5-10 hours per week, they love to respond: 'we are restarting the server', i guess they believe people is soo stupid to believe a server takes 10 hours to reboot!.
3. This hosting is a SCAM: thats how they explain the bad service: 'we have hundreds of trouble tickets open today, if you want faster server you will have to pay for it'.
Stay away from this scam, im getting a ev1server and live in peace. |

| Great Host! Rock solid. I would recommend them for the following reasons:
1) They have a amazing support. Very fast and extremey curtious to response.
2) Prices, Prices, Prices! Wow. You have to check out 247-host.com prices. they have the best prices I have ever seen. At first was a bit worried about the lower prices (as compred to other companies such as HostGator - but after testing them out for the last 1 year - their service is by far the best I have seen. I would highly recommed them for the great service they offer.
3) I also like the cpanel and the options they give. My Power reseller plan came with a site builder that offers hundreds of templates. Very easy to work with and makes your sites so nice!
I recommended them several of my friends and they are now using them as well. They are all on different servers and they are all enhoying the service.

Read some bad reviews so I was a little skeptical but when I went to their website and clicked on Live Chat..there was a sales agent sitting to answer all my questions at 1am at night. He was very helpful and convinced me to give them a try and I did. I haven't been dissappointed with their server uptime or tech support for the past 6 months that I have been with them. I had dealt with numerous other hosting companies in Canada as well as USA who made me feel stupid for asking questions and then refused to offer a suitable answer. After having my fears abated by the sales department I was pleased to find the technical support was just as nice, they were very helpful and I never felt degraded in dealing with them. I do not remember to have any issues related to uptime or lazy customer support or any thing else in my 5 months experience with them. What amazes me is that they are surely one of the lowest cost hosting service providers in the industry. |

| Some time back I looked only on cost when I was searching hosting companies, but having spend some time with 247-host.com I realize that the peace of mind one gets with a good quality host cannot be compared with cost. Not to say that 247-host.com are expensive, in fact they are amazingly cheap for the service level they offer.
If I would own a hosting company, I would run it in a manner as run by 247-host.com, I think thats the best I can describe them |

| I found 247-host.com in one of the Canadian web hosting forums. My first impression about hosting has been that the cheapest web hosting providers are rarely one the best hosting providers as well. Yet seeing that they have adequate means of customer support in terms of 24/7 phone support, on line chat services and a support ticketing system integrated I choose to go ahead with them.
247-host in not only the most affordable web host out there , but their uptime has been great, and I'd say it has been over 99%, and my site hasn't gone down in months.
I'd refer anyone looking for a reseller account (I hear good things about their dedicated servers as well) to them in an instant. |

| Oh boy, I'm right in the middle of it with 247host right now. The site uptime has been good but the email is totally screwed. I started the reseller basic because of the price, liked the C panel, everything about it.
Then I moved a site to it with the intent of moving a few other sites I currently have on another server, I'm not so sure now. I've sent 10 requests for fixing email and would get a response about restarting it and wait for 30 minutes. Then it was 'We upgraded the email system' but then it didn't work after a day. I'm currently waiting for them to fix it right now.
I'm not at my wits end YET, but I'll be deciding here in the next couple hours if I move it back to where I had it. |

| Ordered a Standard reseller account last night at 2am. Prior to that I did get an email response to a question I emailed at 12:30am within ten minutes, so that seemed positive.
Instant activation didn't work. On placing the order and paying with a PayPal subscription, the payment was made, and their site indicated payment was accepted, but I received no other email from them, and logging into their support system with my chosen username and password indicated that my account was inactive due to not being paid.
Opened a ticket at that time, but no response yet. .. to be continued. |

My initial days with 247-host.com had some issues on email and activation of accounts, but has been smooth since than. Its working decently if one understands that work load and hence related response is likely to vary a bit. I just set my site on response and resolution of issues within 4 to 24 hours and 247-host are right upto it. |

| I've commented before and I'm being honest. I've held out for the best. I had moved 1 customer to this service and ended up putting them on godaddy and sayiing goodbye. At that point I was affraid to move my other clients to the 247 account, I moved them to godaddy as well. So I figured since I've paid for the hosting I would just host my own sites. The email issues are killing me. I can't launch an online business if the email doesn't work properly.It's on thing if a client was to send me an email and get a daemon failure back, then they would know something is screwed up, but with this service you can send an email and think you were being ignored.
I gotta tell you though, I love the WHM set up and the support ticket features. I've complimented them on that before but all is NAUGHT if it doesn't work.
I signed up for the killer price..dammit. Sadly I rank it a 1. if it doesn't work all of the time it's worthless. |

1. It's a very high quality and cheap hosting. For $1.99 you can get almost everything you can think of i.e. a cpanel, a file manager, unlimited email accounts, mysql, and tonnes of scripts free of cost.
2. They have a nice billing mechanism, ticketing system and web development tool. You also get FTP accounts.
3. Multiplicity of support mechanism ranging from phone, chat, email to ticketing system. Though I did not have very many support issues, the average response time with me has been around 4 hours.
4. Once I see their list of awards I am often amazed. They have rated highly by Findmyhost.com, ratemyhost.com, hostreview.com, and webhostdir.com which is a hard distinction for a web hosting company.
5. And I like cpanel.

| joined them because there were all the signs of good hosting with them, one, 247-host.com have servers with one of the top class data center ie the planet in USA. That counts a lot as it means server quality,speed and uptime. Data center is just one aspect,the other reason was that they were authenticated by many top of the line hosting rating sites , ie 247-host.com has been awarded by many of the wold's best hosting review companies. Then when I saw the site, I could find the chat, phone, email and ticketing system support working and that was another very important thing for me and I believe for any web hosting customer. Last the price was decent. Ever since I joined them, I think I made a good choice. Its all about having good server, good data center, decent configuration and timely support and 247-host.com has never let me down so far.

| i singed up yo 247 hosting about 8 months back for my adult hosting site and as one could be I was unsure weather they would be good enough for my site at such a low prices on packages and whether there customer support and tech support would be any good due price been so low but now I am happy to have joined them. The bandwidth provided by 247 host is good for my high resolution images and uptime is prefect that my site visitors do not have to turn back.
The problems have been very few and resolved quickly be 247-host.com

| 2 years back when I considered of running web hosting business, reseller hosting was one of the options in this regards. I was reluctant to take on reseller hosting as I would be sort of defendant. Yet seeing the price structure and resources offered by 247-host.com, I decided to get along with them.
I think I took a right decision. Reseller hosting is such easy with 247-host.com that I actually have to concentrate only on marketing. 247-Host take care of all technical and server related issues.
Their response time is less than 4 hours in most cases and server up time is great. The technician are well aware of linux hosting and I do not remember a support issue of my customer lingering. Working with such professional team is a real pleasure.
Now that I have adequate customer to switch to dedicated server, I still prefer to continue with reseller hosting due to low cost yet efficient services of 247-host.com |

| Basically I am new to web hosting industry, but I have tried several hosting sites and in my opinion 247-host is very good. It was very easy to set up my website although the panel is unfamiliar to me. I have had no serious down time yet.
Their support is friendly and will answer you no matter whether you ask for some simple DNS setting or have serious issue with PHP and they are fast and accurate in their replies. The prices for that service are reasonable. I think the over all service is terrific! I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an inexpensive and reliable host. |

| I have been hosting my video tutorials site here and there and more or less it has been disappointment every where with smaller hosts. I have been having issues of downtime and reliability. Surprisingly one of my early hosts even did not bill me till reminded by me.
Since I joined 247-host.com, it has been good going. Signup was easy (got a discount as well) and I have been with them for over 3 years hosting 4 websties. 247-host.com are VERY reliable and whenever I have had a problem - they solved it. Pricing is good to say the least.
One cannot say that 247-host are pefect (noboys perfect) but my experience with SEVERAL web hosting companies shows that 247-host are at top of the game when it comes to reliable hosting at fair pricing with responsive helpdesk. Thumbs up for 247-host. |

| VPS is the name of game in web hosting industry these days. With low cost vps hosting coming up one is much better of with a VPS compared with shared hosting. Last spring I moved to 247-host to a VPS and the transfer was so smooth, well I had not experienced such sound company, it could not have gone more smooth. The dedicated server has CPanel, documentation was really easy to find, and no minor hangups from weird config issues. Since day one we are at 100% uptime and i get .14 avg response and low loads. Op top of it, its so cheap, I mean its very cost effective.
To be very frank I haven’t even needed support so far, its so stable, seems every thing is well tied up and settled, they guys know the server configuration and security so well and proactive that they take such measures that it does not come to breakdown and all that.
If any one is looking for vps hosting, I will not hesitate a minute to recommend 247-host.com |

| I have two accounts with 247-host.com, its a nice web host because they offer a wide range of plans for each kind of users. It is well priced and within everyone's budget. They also have more advanced plans such as dedicated servers for those who want to utilize the power. Setting up my site was easy except for the help section. The help section can be confusing because if you buy your domain from somewhere else, the instructions will say you need the same DNS nameserver, but they do not tell you how to look it up. Overall I don't have any complaints. Their online help is great for the quick answers that you need. |

| The Hosting companies vanish so much that I am not even sure if the first host I ever used is still in business. I was concerned with the absolute cheapest deal. I learned the hard way that by making price your main factor you are dooming yourself to get exactly what you paid for. By paying very little, you get very little. I chose 247-Host not for their cost but by asking others what host they had the best experience with. All I know is that I've never noticed a single problem to complain about in 8 months of hosting with 247-Host.com. The down time has been so less that it can be counted in my hand. Any time I have requested help from support they have been quick to respond. The fact that I have no complaints, is what I think says all. In order for your site to be a success you need to rely on the fact that it will run smoothly. Having a good host saves you from all of the stresses a poor host causes. | 247-host.com are one good service provider I have come across The way I rate hosting companies is not only that they have lesser downtime but also when they do have the downtime, how do they handle the things. I've had 2 downtimes and both of those were fixed fairly rapidly. The support technician of 247-host know their stuff as well which is a big bonus for us as most of the technical questions we throw at them have revolved around e-commerce solutions etc. Would I choose them again even though they are slightly more pricier than the competition on dedicated servers. They are my recommended host. |

Some how I have found their chat support online 24/7 and I personally use it quite a lot. It's satisfying to be able to quickly handle the technical side of hosting my site and remain focussed on improving the content. I can say that if 247-Host.com keeps it this wat, they have for the past year I'm definitely staying. BTW, I actually tried hosting a couple of sites with some other guys, but I really missed the chat support at 247-Host.com (I am admittedly impatient :-). To me the hosting experience with 247-Host.com is more personal and that extra level of service is easily worth the few extra bucks.

I have to say I have not been disappointed. 247-Host.com has excellent service - both customer and technical. I always get directly connected to their support services when I need help. What you see is what you get. 247-Host.com’s order processing, billing is simple and support is sharp. The order process takes about 5 minutes and 247-Host.com accepts both credit cards and PayPal (which is always nice).
247-Host.com control panel is cPanel. There is absolutely nothing that I can tell that is different than any other standard installation of cPanel. It has the standard mail and database features. Speed was good. Everything worked fine and installation of the scripts I tried worked just fine. It seems I would continue with them, perhaps for ever. |

| I think it’s great to be with 247-host.com for hosting my domains, no complaints. I have nothing more than a good experience working with them. The service is good. Even when the servers are overload the downtime lasts for about a few seconds while in other hosts your page would be off for hours. The customer service is great, one of the fastest I have come across so far. Once I called them cause I messed up the php code, theretofore my site broke. They fixed it, while this was not their job. It was my fault and I had to do it. They know what to do, but it would be better if they improve.
Price: insignificant, Speed: good, Features: excellent, Support: forthcoming. What else I could expect from a web hosting company. Its just going prefect with 247-host.com. I believe this is a reliable host. |

At the very least, a published support line and on-line chat that I've never had to wait for over 5 times on about 10 support calls/requests I've made. | I was surprised to find 247-host.com rated poor at some of the revierws. May be because my usage is very basic and has very little traffic, I really have no complaints about the company. My family web-site with 247-host.com moved once and I was properly informed via email, before and after the move of the site.
I've encountered some downtime for which again I was informed before hand. Also I had once an issue of file permissions with page throwing error, however, it was fixed in a matter of minutes after I created a support ticket with them.
Honestly, support has been very good Imho! The server is in the USA and seems to have good speed. Pricing and options offered may be one of the best around and I do think they are value for money. Overall it’s a good experience and I would like to continue if things remain like that. |

One has to by lucky if one gets suitable host, the process being mainly online selection. I think I have been lucky in finding 247-host while looking for some reasonable hosting company for my small scale business.
Just found price structure, space, bandwidth, hosting panel and other features in their package too tempting to resist. I could also find reasonable signs of credibility as they had awards of very high rated companies coupled with phone and chat support etc to force me to think that I can go ahead.
The experience has been good. Uptime – good to say the least, support – well I say they know well what they are doing and try to assist every time I have contacted them. I left HostGator to 247-host.com, and I was welcomed with open arms. After signing up and setting up my account, they were really helpful with problems I was having with my site. Then I started getting alot of downtime. Sometimes from 6 hours to 18 hours a day, at least once a week. This downtime was CRIPPLING to my internet business. Then I had it with them, they went down again, this time not replying to my emails demanding to know what was going on. When they came back online my data was completely corrupted. None of it was worth saving. I had to re-setup my website on a completely new server with a new host. Because I run a forum, 5 days worth of posts were gone. |

I have more disc space and bandwidth than I could use, unlimited email accounts, an easy control panel that gives me a long list of options including a whole array of chat rooms, guest books, and a phpBB message board and what not. I would probably never need but it is comforting to know that they are there regardless and at such a low price. I may not have experience with other hosts, neither now I need to have. | they offer blacklisted email IPs. Your email will not be accepted by the recipients host. They support spammers, and do nothing to stop them.
They arbitrarily look for reasons to take down your web site which they have done to us at least twice now in a few months. They blamed us for excessive CPU cycles due to bad PHP script however the server was taken down in the middle of an FTP upload! In order for the PHP to have worked the upload needed to complete.
As for their bandwidth, when I have uploaded large files to be downloaded they work okay when one person is downloading . Go to a second simultaneous download and it all goes to hell. I dont think this part is too good.
At one time they had us on a server that constantly gave SQL errors and denied any responsibility for the problem. we completely had to present them with proof of the problem being theirs.

| To start with, all I was concerned with was the cheapest possible deal and there was not comparison with $1.99 of 247-host. I also chose them by asking others what host they had the best experience with. All I know is that I've never noticed a single problem to complain with 247-host. Any time I have requested help from support they have been quick to respond.
In order to be a success on the internet you need to make sure that it will run smoothly. The fact that I have no complaints, is what I think says the most. Having a good host saves you from all of the stresses a poor host causes. Piece of mind is the most important thing that you can buy.
I recommend 247-host for what I have got from them. |

| I read some reviews about 247-host which were very positive so I decided to give it a try. I have never looked back since. I am glad I tried them out. I have had no problems and my site has been up and stable since I first uploaded it. The unlimited subdomains and MYSQL db's are great and customer support is impeccable. I did have a problem once where my site was hacked but 247-host immediately halted there daily backup to make sure my sites backup was not overwritten and then restored my account for me. They notified me of the security flaw which was fixed and have been up ever since!. Great service! A +++ |

| If one is to look at prices of 247-host you will always wonder if their products will work out for you or not - especially since everyone expects uptime and thinks only expensive hosting company can deliver. We gave it a go and have to say that everything is as easy as they promise. We have asked them a lot (for example SSH Access) and their replies were always fast and professional. Within minutes you receive a reply from them and if there was an issue, they were there to help you.
The only downside is random downtime for a few minutes, but this could be DNS zones reloading if someone adds a new domain name or parked domain. However, for a price like this no one will complain. |

| Since my inception with 247 host only once there was a maintenance related announced down except that case the server was doing really good. I never had a server load issue on shared hosting plans causing slow or sluggishness. This hosting proved to be a reliable and stable server.
The best thing I like about 247 is their Control Panel ( Cpanel ), its really cool and its very helpful and easier for me to set up a blog adding to my site. The only thing which I don't like is their chat support had long queue when I tried to know about their newly added features and had to clarify some technical details. Overall, than these things I can give a big plus to them in relating to the hosting factors. Most importantly they have good number of Uptime records for my site. |

| Hosting options with this host ie 247-host.com are at competitive price and that was first reason that I go attracted to them. The other reasons became there experience, as 247-host seemed and old hosting company. Every thing seems good, about hosting panel, the Plans which included a generous amount of disk space and a high monthly transfer allowance, so, I had no reason no to host 247-host.com.
My review here is not only based on why I joined 247-host but what happened thereafter. Let me say with sincerity that I am impressed with their support staff, support is in-depth and comprehensive, help guides, FAQs and an online support ticket system, all of which makes things easier.

| I am there with 247-host.com for 2 years now, and its peace of mind to get a hosting company that troubles least. Neither expensive, nor any issue, mostly they turn out to be amazing. I do not know much about speed things of the servers and rest of technical details, I am just concerned with what I need, I though its uptime of my site and remaining it functional. I do not expect any thing else from a hosting company and from 247-host, I go it at very low cost indeed.

The provided tools for managing the site are great and videos are available to show you how to use the tools if you need them. I had an initial billing problem which was quickly resolved and a credit was promptly provided to my account. I gave them a call and within minutes all my problems were taken care of with courtesy, patience and more importantly loyalty. | My review is not based upon one domain or period of few weeks. I host several sites with 247-host.com and for over 2 years, have never had a problem. Every once in a blue moon the sites might go down for a few minutes to a half hour but that's normal for any host. I can't remember ever having a site go offline for more than an hour. 247-host’s control panel is great, I can find everything I need, when I need it. The control panel and shopping cart/checkout screen is not caked with advertisements and cross sells/up sells. Technical support has been great, never had a problem. Rarely ever needed technical support. Other hosts I've used, I rarely use them for anything and when I do I am constantly frustrated due to their incompetent control panel. Whoever set up their control panel was on drugs. I would wholeheartedly recommend 247-host(and I do) for everything hosting related |

| For $2.99 I get everything I can think of i.e. a cpanel, a file manager, unlimited email accounts, mysql, and bolg, image library, forum script and many other free of cost scripts. They have a swift billing mechanism, efficient ticketing system and recently they have added online web development tools. Multiplicity of support mechanism ranging from phone, chat, email to ticketing system. I think over and above these things, the most important element in uptime, nothing is more important than this.
Though I did not have very many support issues, the average response time with me has been around 4 hours. I think these are the reasons that they have rated highly by Findmyhost.com, ratemyhost.com, hostreview.com, and webhostdir.com which is a hard distinction for a web hosting company and I like cpanel. Its my recommended host. |

Reason: prices were very attractive and reason tow: nothing seemed wrong. I could find reasonable signs of credibility as 247-host.com had awards from some high rated companies, phone and chat support etc. etc. It was not a wrong decisions any way, things have been going good. I had chance to host with manyl web hosting companies as reseller and web hosting services of 247-host is by far one of the best . Account setup speed, billing, technical support, server speed, features, and the general attitude towards dealing customers, I find these guys have worked out everything to the best.
I'd refer anyone looking for a reseller account to 247-host(I hear good things about their dedicated servers as well)

| Believe me or not, every one wants cheapest web hosting and also every one wants more space and bandwidth and everything else at lowest possible costs. To be honest, I also have same approach and signed up with 247-hostc mainly because I needed cheap hosting services, and they are offering lowest cost, at least what I could find.
And look what I got; plenty of space and bandwidth (no worries), unlimited email accounts, a control panel that gives me a great list of options including a whole array of chat rooms, guest books, and a phpBB message board and what not (ha ha ha). I don’t think I need many of these things, but, IF I need it any time, its good these are there. I don’t have experience of other hosting companies, as I don’t need to have it! I do not need to know any hosting company now, that I have a reliable web hosting service provider at a very low cost and top of the line technical support. Pleasure hosting really. |

1) They have a amazing support. Very fast and extremely courteous customer support service.
2) Cost, Price! Wow. That’s their strongest area, no question about it. One would be worried about the lower prices - but the ones who are with them would tell you - their service are good. I would highly recommend them for the great service they offer.
3) Hosting Panel: No comparison to Cpanel.
4) WebBuilder: Modern web development is all online. No hosting offer is complete unless it offers web online web development in-build. And 247-host offers 2 web builders. Login, choose a template and build a site within an hour.
5) The are nice people to work with.
I recommended them to all of my friends and am up here for 247-host. |

Obviously, price was one factor and not all, Why I joined them was not the price only, there were other signs of good hosting service, like experience they seem to have based on number of year in the hosting business, quick response to my sales inquiries, and nice site. They provide all the services I needed. The Cpanel I got was very good indeed.

I have been hosting with few hosting companies in Canada as well as USA who made me feel stupid for asking questions and then they would refuse to offer a suitable answer. After having my fears abated by the sales department I was pleased to find the technical support was just as nice, they were very helpful and I never felt degraded in dealing with them.
