| Absolute first class. need hosting for our billing system and nethosts handled it all. I came to them because they are known as the UK's leading specialt in ModernBill. They not only helped me with all my ModernBill problems but made a few suggestions to improve it.
First class service, First class support and hosting how I want it and at a price i can afford. Highly recommended. |

| Total nightmare, cheap but really avoid it if you can ! Crash every week, telephone support a complete disaster (they close at 5 pm but from 4.30 pm you will not be able to get hold of anybody), no apologise or excuse, customer service is poor poor poort, we are moving our hosting service ! |

| Superb. Sites have always been available and online and have various support options.
Telephone Suport is good
Help Desk support is exceptional.
they integrated our modernbill and even helped us configure it - and didn't charge us anything. Excellent service and highly recommended. |

| Used them for ages. Hosting wise they are great with very little downtime and fast responses.
Regarding ModernBill, they are superb. They update our ModernBill every release at no charge and their support is first class and extremely knowledgeable.
When it comes to hosting - very recommended. When it comes to ModernBill - totally recommended. |

| Brilliant. They handle all our Modernbill needs and we host our modernbill with them. Great knowledge and great support at a good price. What mre can I ask for? Well recommended if your looking for serious use. |

| We gave them also MB project and they are nightmare. They have absolute no knowledge. Just basics. They are experts on MB? Please, stay away from them! Support or anyone never respond on emails. When you want to submit ticket they have 2 prioritys: low and normal.
With normal: no responds so what with low? Just waysted time with those amatuers. We wanted to save time, but afterall we lost 2 months with a simple migration!! Experts?? Hahahaha, keep your money and do not use them.
We did not investigate who they are. We just know: what a wayste! My boss will try to see what we can do to avoid that more people sign up with them. |

| We were stuck with ModernBill 4 and badly needed to move to ModernBill 5. After trying it ourselves, we contacted Nethosts. They got all our info into ModernBill 5 and even sorted a few problems that we knew about that were in our Modernbill 4 database.
We had always wanted to use our own bank with ModernBill which had never been possible. Nethosts developers wrote a gateway module for us and now we can directly interface our modernbill with our own bank
We get our license from Nethosts now, which gives us support from both Nethosts and ModernBill staff.
If you have a problem with modernbill, you can't go wrong by contacting the Nethosts team. |

| first class. They host our site, handle our our modernbill and now we're using their gateway to process our credit and debit cards. Support are fast, eficient and very friendly.
Highly recommended. |

| Used to be with Nethosts or a long time as they handed our ModernBil.
Eventually, we had to move to whmcs as modernbill 5 just became a hideous mess of bugs.
Now we've moved, we miss the nethosts support as they were absolutely brilliant. Fast, efficient and aways made me feel like I was getting special extra treatment. (I wasn't).
If Modernbill ever gets their act together we'd back to the team at nethosts without hesitation. |
