| When my e-mail used to stop working, their tech would reply with a very bad attitude, treating my like I'm an idiot. So I'd send them the actual error messages proving it's their server, and then usually they didn't reply at all. Finally they admitted it was their server and moved me to a new one - and lost my customized error pages, and my PHP scripts stopped working right. They were clueless. I had to upload my backup, and change the way my scripts worked. So now my e-mail is fine, but my whole site goes down once in a while.
If you ever make a formal inquiry (any question about billing, etc.) they send you a stock reply - that includes your login ID and password! How's that for a senseless security breach? And politely asking them not to do that has no effect; neither does screaming at them to stop doing it. They don't get it, and they don't care.
No wonder they killed their user forum - obviously to hide all the complaints. |

| Boy is that Rick loser 'off his rocker'. I've been with Stormweb for over 6 years and couldn't ask for better tech support. They are fast and friendly. And the best part, when you call you get to talk to real people who can solve any issues quickly. |

| Been with them for several years and i would agree with Rick i have moved my service this year as they charged me double the advertised rate to register my domain(charged original rate from what 5 yrs ago) any inquiries into this went on deaf ears with no response. tech support was bad with a forum now there isnt even a forum lol, i would give them 1 star out of 10 |
