| Was a Vistapages client for one year. My site was down more often than it was up. When it wasn't down, it was so slow it was not usable. Their billing support is awful. I tried to cancel my account and they just keep billing me and now say they are turning it over to collection if I don't pay for another year--even tho I moved my site 30 days before the end of the year I paid for and told them to cancel. They claim they can't find my cancellation and 'if you don't follow the TOS there are consequences to pay.' No attempt to resolve the situation with me--just tell me to pay up for another year or they are turning it over to collections. Stay away from VistaPages! |

| I was with Vistapages for a year and although their live support is very good and prices very cheap their actual service was abysmal with very slow servers and lots of downtime.
I am now in a dispute with them as they have redirected the nameservers on my domain and locked my account as they claimed that although I only ever had one hosting account with them that I had two accounts and that unless I paid for the phantom account (Effectively pay twice) then my service would be terminated.
I did pay for the one hosting account and domain renewal for the coming year in the hope that they would appreciate me being fair but they still deleted my account and now have locked my domain name that I use for my business. Vistapages have conned me out of the cost of a years hosting and lost me business because I have lost my email address and website. I am complaining to ENOM. |

| One of the worst web hosting on the internet, it is very cheap, the server crashed many times and caused a lose in customers data. The service really is the worst |

| The worst web hosting in the world. Tech support is very poor. Their servers are very unstable, you never know when you completely loss your data resulting from the server crash. |

| I have been hosting with Vistapages for about 2 years and have not had a problem with their service. Customer service has always been helpful and curteous. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a good web hosting company. |

| I currently have 5 web sites hosted with vistapages, all under my reseller account. I have not had issues with their web hosting or support. They have been absolutely stellar! |

| Great web hosting service. I have received everything they have advertised. I had some issues with their service, but they were able to correct it and satisfy me! So I will recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable web host! |

| My site has been down for a week now and this is the second major incident this year. They had a server failure that took down dozens of their client's sites. They apparently had no backup of mySQL data, despite the fact that their home page that clearly boasts 'Weekly Customer Data Backup'.
When I pointed this out to their customer server representative I was told 'We do not provide weekly backups or any backups for that matter, and this is clearly mentioned in our terms of service. It's your responsibility to keep backups of your so called 'important' data.'
I don't expect to be 'provided' a backup. I just had hoped that backups were taken periodically and used to restore clients data in case of failure.

| This is the worst hosting con game on the net. They should be sued for what they do to people. This is not legal at all. LOOK, Run fast, DO NOT purchase DO NOT fall for the scheme, they are cons. Nothing they say is provided, then try to bail out, and they'll screw you. Simply said they Really should not be in business. |

| Don't use them!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is a scam. They do not honor the 30 day money back gaurantee. Josh is the only employee there, he may change his name every now and then. It is probably Kaumil Patel who is answering the phones. |
