| Don't use XILO.net! We purchased a Professional Reseller package (not a cheap normal hosting package!), we tried to start useing it. In the first day we run into a problem with their server. We asked them to correct it, they promised to do it so. After 10 days the setting was still not set up properly. We asked them about 5 times to tell us WHEN that single and simple setting will be set up, so we can use the hosting we paid for. The unpolite support team (Matt and Tom) did not tell us when they will be finished. We couldn't believe our eyes: what a lame and unpolite team. We asked them to refund our money - they did not.
By the way, support is NOT 24/7 at all. Once Mr. Matt went home in the middle of a conversation at 6:00PM without any notice.
