Hi, Please don't use xlhost.com for your hosting if you are planning to host any important server. Their support system is worst. I have other hosting providers I'm currently using and their service is very good. xlhost wants $35 for Os restore. After 5 pm you will not get any support. So if your service is down then you have to wait for next day (business hours). You have to make a payment first and then Billing will clear the payment and pass this to support team. I have very bad experience with them. Don't use xlhost!!!!!!!!!!!!!
