I hosted my business site with Jatol, and one evening I noticed the server was down.... I asked them when it would be up and they said my account was deleted due to spamming! I never sent 1 spam! No warning, no proof, just my site suddenly gone. I still don't know what happened!
OK for personal sites, but if your business depends on not being yanked without any warning or good reason, don't use Jatol.

Yep - same here! Our business' IP was blocked without warning or explanation because 'someone at that IP tried to access POP mail five times with the wrong password' (as we found out a full two days after our initial support ticket was submitted). So, no, most definitely not for business!

We are experiencing prolonged, unexplained downtime for the second time in three months. Definitely NOT satisfactory for business purposes.

They went defunct. Out of business. They weren't bad while they lasted, but going out of business without warning is bad. At least I didn't have much invested in my site and I had a back up.
