Hostway is definitely one of the leaders in web hosting for businesses. I have used them for several years in additional to a few other providers and I definitely would select Hostway as being the best.

Hostway was once a great web hosting company. We were their clients for seven years. However, significant problems in customer service and reliability over the last year and a half made us switch to another vendor. If your business considers email to be mission-critical Hostway is definitely not your best choice. Expect lots of downtime, intermitten message delivery and what I would call excessive SPAM and attachment filtering even from white-listed domains. Customer service is extremely bad. If you are going to be exchanging recipes online or doing something that the livelihood of your company is not dependent on then Hostway is probably sufficient.

If you are serious about your business, you need to invest your money somewhere else, not Hostway. My personal experience with them wasn't good either, and now they are just going downhill even more (read for yourself - report on eweek about their recent major outage):

Hostway has this kind of outage like once or twice a year.

I was with hostway for the last 7 years. Their customer service has continually went down hill and now pretty much doesn't exsist. In addition I have just found out that their security measures are non exsistent. They use old versions of FTP, apache, everything. Find another host.
