They used to be good. Then they messed up my account information after a beta upgrade--they claim I am using 152% of my allotted disk space, when I am only using around 50% (confirmed by a tech). I keep receiving emails that my site will soon not work if this continues. I submitted a help ticket, but instead of receiving any help, I got an email from a sales rep stating that I should solve my problem by upgrading to a more expensive plan. Then he marked my ticket as 'resolved,' even though nothing has been resolved, and I continue to get the warning e-mails. I am switching soon; I am so done with inferior customer support (or sales teams taking over tech support--what is that??).

You will notice that the old reviews are positive. They used to be a great host, but in recent times have changed. My site speed has rapidly declined as they over sell their bandwidth. Every attempt to fix the issue was riddled with excuses and the worst thing is if you read their policies, NO REFUNDS. So even though their service has declined you don't get your money back! Stay clear of them and save yourself the time, money, and hassle!
