my site hosted under their windows server for more than 6 months
speed isn't great but isn't so bad.
customer service is helpful but mostly take a day to handle the case.
the worst part is the price/billing,
on 2007 they raise their price from $8 to $15 per month without give any notices.
scare shit out of me when i see the amount they bill. almost 50% more.

Like and appreciate your assistance and the way you tackled our problem. It's relieving to know that we did choose 'the right friendly hosting company'... Coming from Yahoo there we many nagging doubts, but you have demolished them all. Server speed is amazing. Recommended!

When i renewed my subscription, they said that price has increased, but their website says 'lifetime price lock guarantee'.
So giving false promises and guarantees.

I've been running with indichosts for about two years now, they started out pretty good, (lots of components) the last 6 months however has been awful. ENDLESS down time, perhaps 3-4 times a day my site goes down. It's down right now as it goes, and has been for almost 2 hours.
I'm going elsewhere.

My favorite hosting provider. I now have 12 accounts on their Linux servers and have been with them for over 3 years. Very happy with the service provided. Technical support responds within 30-60mins of ticket and mostly resolves issues in single reply. My clients are actually happy when I tell them to use Indichosts! Keep up the good work.
