I've been making the web hosting review rounds to let the public know that Hostdepartment.com is a pack of thieves. I have bought a Reseller hosting plan with them in November and From the first day I have got many problems, they offer live chat software they offer no limit disk space but actually all offers are fake. These guys are really REALLY bad and they don’t want to refund my funds approx $549.45 even I lost my very valuable clients. I've found the EXACT same positive reviews about them posted on SEVERAL sites by the same people & the same day. I am convinced these reviews are fake and posted by Hostdepartment staff to lure in customers. Stay away from Hostdepartment.com! I was attracted by the low prices and this was indeed a big mistake. HostDepartment.com is a terrible host. Their prices are low because the service is poor. I submitted a request to cancel my account and the next thing I received in my inbox was a bill for the next month. I submitted a support ticket which went unanswered for a week. When I submitted another ticket enquiring about the first one, they deleted my support account. I've ended up having to get my credit card company to do a charge back. STAY AWAY from HostDepartment.com

I found HostDepartment packages was totally awesome...they provide unlimited storage which I can use for my photography site (I need lot of space since the photos are high-quality). Server performance is fair, when the server is OK then you rockkk! But if there is outages, then our site can't be accessed (1-2 hours) and it's quite hard to contacted them by phone. Livechat supports are excellent and really helpful. I haven't finished build my site but I quite happy with the service (it's a fair performance for the cheap price)

I have dealth with this company as a reseller for 8 months now.. all my issues were fixed within 15 minutes. I ALWAYS get immediate and friendly service from HostDepartment. When I have needed a refund it has always been immediate. I have made a ton of money with this company and would recommend it to anyone. There has to be another side to this story. You want to see sorry try calling ipowerweb, that is if you have 3 hours to kill to get to a live body.

I have acquired a plan 'NOLIMIT WEBSITE' paying for 2 years. I ADVICE AGAINST anyone lively decides to acquire it. I have always had only problems. Once it were database once it were the ftp and yesterday they have to me blocked the account without give explanations to me if not this email 'Sorry for the inconvenience, may we know what your website content, our system detect that your situated is affecting our serveur performance and we need to suspend your account temporary'.I have only a BLOG and have noticed that they have to me blocked the account from when I have received a greater traffic towards mine blog. I have sped up answers that never have not arrived. Continuous to the account blocked having to have also paid for two years. I ask you that type of plan LIMIT cannot be? What you would make my place? I am seriously thinking to open a legal action in their comparisons.

99.9% uptime is a pipe-dream. Frequently offline for extended periods of time (24-48 hours). Seem to have mechanical difficulties with their RAID arrays which makes me wonder if they even have RAID arrays. Otherwise, extent of services for the price is very good. I recommend them for sites where uptime really isn't much of a problem. Matt.

I have about a dozen websites hosted through hostdepartment.com and everything has been great. Great customer service and almost 99% uptime. Easy to use control panel and their live technical support is outstanding.

This company is the absolute WORST I have EVER dealt with in 10+ years of web hosting. They are a pack of liars and thieves. There customer support is the VERY WORST I have ever seen. If you are smart, stay away from HostDepartment. There own website is down half the time!!!! AMATUERS!!!!!
