I looked for a reseller hosting account after having trust issues with my previous host (Chapter Zero). WebSupporters was (and is) an amazing deal for reseller hosting. In the 8 months I've been with them, my site has only gone down a few times and only for minutes. Their support is very responsive (usually I get a response in less than 30 minutes) and helpful. They also have an uptime guarantee, so if they do slip up with the uptime you can get an extra month or so of hosting for free.

www.websupporters.com is the best thing that has ever happened to me as a host.
They have very fast and reliable support, and I have 99% of my support issues completely resolved within 24 hours.
All of their extra features are not a joke, and they will install and set everything up for you.
I left my old host sourly, and www.websupporters.com transfered 18 CPanel accounts to their servers for free.
I would fully recommend www.websupporters.com.

Websupporters.com is probably the best web host I have used so far. There prices are amazing, yet this does not mean that they are poor quality. They offer 24/7 support and when I moved to them, they moved all of my websites to their server for free and within hours of signing up.
They are relatively new, but they are a fully incorporated hosting company, not just some web host run by teenagers.
I recommend WebSupporters.com to anyone who is looking for quality reseller hosting.

I don't think a hosting company can do a better job than WebSupporters. I had problems setting up multiple web address and they walked me through it on a Sunday NONETHELESS! Any questions or problems are quickly resolved. The staff talks to you not down at you. No matter what your level of knowledge they can talk to you so you understand them - and you get results.
My former web host charged me three and a half times more and I didn't get the help or the respect I expected. For the price and service offered by WebSupporters, it doesn't get any better than this!

I have a reseller account with WebSupporters. Their service is incredible. I haven't had many reseller accounts but I just can't see how any hosting company can be any better. I get responses and solutions quicker than I expect. Their servers are really fast. They never seem bothered that I'm asking questions and their price? Honestly. If you're a reseller, would you rather pay less for less service? As it is, they're price is one of the lowest. When you consider the level of service you get, then the price is a bargain.
I trust them 100% with ALL my accounts. This is the only host I use. Try them, you won't be sorry.

Since there are no other reviews for WebSupporters, I am happy to review them. I originally registered a website that I never used, then moved to there a site that I have used. I want to rave about their live phone tech support. 1) 24/7 is real. 2) I've never had to wait more than a few minutes...Saturdays, Sundays, midnight, 2am, 4am, whatever. 3) I am a complete dunce about internet things and web based applications. They've ALWAYS been friendly and helpful. Plus, their phone que is absolutely wonderful. It keeps you constantly posted as to your position in line. By listening to how rapidly your position advances, it is easy to calculate how much longer there is to wait. The message is updated every time your position in line changes. If your position changes rapidly, you know they are dealing with guys like me!
